The above picture shows a bicyclist passing a slow walking pedestrian within a crosswalk. Is the bicyclist required to give the person walking an audible signal that she is about to pass on her left?

The Answer: YES

The person biking is required to give an “audible warning before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.”
