The Question:

Under Idaho law is a bicyclist considered a pedestrian or vehicle?

The Answer: Vehicle

A bicycle is defined by Idaho law as a vehicle. A bicyclist has all the same rights and duties as the driver of any other vehicle using the roadways except when by their very “…nature can have no application.”
